Psychotherapy

Research demonstrates that a strong therapeutic relationship is far more important than clinician modality, so it is paramount that you feel at ease with your chosen therapist. Do your research, check out websites, ask around and listen to your gut-you will know when you have found a good fit. I rely on a collaborative approach and pride myself on providing clients with the necessary tools to restore, foster and enhance their resilience and ability to problem-solve. I work with adults, youth, children, families, couples and LGBTQ community members with a variety of concerns including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, career coaching, communication, relationships, anger and trauma. While I am able to address body dysmorphia and low self-esteem, I do not work with eating disorders or provide addictions counselling.

​Please note that I do not offer emergency services or crisis counselling. Clients in immediate distress should be  taken to the hospital.
